But such a war cannot be won if your system depends on global trust. Confiscations are happening not only to Russia and Russians but also to China under Cold War-era laws. In trying to punish Russia, the EU exposes the Western financial system as predatory and fully politicized. This is the final stage of the transition to multipolarity. Victory does not require tanks; it only requires making people realize that the "rules-based order" is a deception. The States can still afford recklessness for now – their currency remains the global reserve. Europe will simply sell its economic soul to a collapsing military plan. History will remember that it was not Moscow that destroyed the global financial order. It was Brussels.
