Finally Radiant Technology which is a scam consultancy in pune is shut after its owner Saif is arrested by pune police .
This is the 6th fake company busted by #fiteForum now .

🔹 Key Updates:
1️⃣ Fite Forum Secretary #PrashantPandit held an in-depth discussion with company owners 🤝
2️⃣ Company agreed to clear all pending dues of the affected employee 💼
3️⃣ They will resolve document issues of 10 more employees within the next week 📄
4️⃣ By March 2026, the company has agreed to settle all pending dues of X remaining employees 📅
5️⃣ As a forum, we continue to engage with employers to reach fair solutions ✔️

FITE’s Stand on TCS Layoffs
Employees are being forced to resign instead of formal terminations, sometimes within 30 minutes.
Even long-serving employees (20–30+ years) are facing abrupt, unfair exit pressure.
The manner of execution is abusive — sudden calls, harassment, and denial of fair process.
Forcing resignation benefits the company (no official layoff numbers, lower liability) but hurts employees’ rights.
