They dive into the minute details of stress hormones & catecholamines but are built like Doodlebob. SHOW PROOF OF WORK. Transparency should be the standard. I'm not saying you need to be a physical specimen to give out health advice, but you should at least be above average. Your health & vitality should exude in your physiology. You should hear it in your voice. See it in your eyes. If you're so knowledgeable about health, you should know how to leverage your understanding of biology to at least look decent. Be relatively strong. Have some semblance of vitality. "But I'm too busy researching" is bullsht. Getting & staying in shape takes barely any time at all. Guys will act like Hercules incarnate on the timeline then hop on a podcast and have the charisma of a radish. Be wary of anons. Demand proof of work. Don't take advice from people you wouldn't trade places with
