It looks like the @HiveHelper Hive app isn’t working. It’s kicked me out of my “home” and doesn’t recognise my Hive ID when I try to reconnect. The thermostat is still functioning to schedule but the app doesn’t work. “Oops, something went wrong.” #Hive #HiveHeating
#hiveheating way to destroy any goodwill. Poor after sales support. Thermostat failure after one month and no way to get hold of anybody at Hive.

@NeilSledding I'll tell you my worst & best buys. 15th Dec 20 took delivery of a brand new dishwasher to replace a broken one we'd had for years. The NEW one lasted 3 cycles, now broken, known fault. Awaiting collection & replacement😡😤🤬👎.
