@MartinSLewis Don't touch British Gas if you value your sanity. #horrendouscustomerservice. Don't answer the phones. Send false bills and then without warning threaten bailiffs.

6 hrs waiting to talk to @Sofology customer service about why they haven’t delivered our sofa. Finally get through and she puts the phone down on me. Their portal doesn’t work either. #horrendouscustomerservice

@Homebase_help any chance of a reply?! bored of entering your site's customer support feedback form each day! been a week since payment was taken. I'd like a full refund, ideally in April 2020! #ridiculous #horrendouscustomerservice #dontbuyfromhomebase #homebase @Homebase_uk

So, for the 2nd year in a row 8 of us have been seated on 2 married tables of 4 for our Christmas meal. 4+4-2=6 quick maths! 7 chairs, and rude, dismissive manager John O'Callaghan refuses to serve us when we complain. #tgigloucester #horrendouscustomerservice #merrychristmasjohn

@easyJet After having compensation refused after a 27 hour delay, no food or drink on the plane, we are now at day 50 of waiting for my expenses to be reimbursed, 2 late payment charges on credit card & yet again told to wait ANOTHER 14 days! #HorrendousCustomerService!

Appalling service from M&S! Selling vouchers and not validating them so you can’t use it without the receipt. Stealing people’s money! #Marks&Spencers #horrendouscustomerservice

@louteasdale @LandofBeds For 2.5k it should rock you to sleep while singing a lullaby too. @LandofBeds really? This is ridiculous. It’s a hunk of plastic vs thousands of dollars. #horrendouscustomerservice
