Latest episode in this catalogue of APPALLING customer service by @easyjet: first their PR department tries to stop me posting, they call me Tony, & ask me to DM, then they ring me on WhatsApp at 5:45 on a Sun morning, demanding my full details & date of birth. #HowNotToDoPR

If Nomura has dropped $2 billion on mismatch between execution on margin call and/or remaining contractual risk then the knock on effect is going to be every Prime Broker credit debt going loopy and tightening on margin requirements This could be the great deleveraging.

I'd like to thank the PR man who sent me this 👇👇👇. A salient point may be the lack of grammar & spelling... #hownottodopr

the most Ironic thing about this whole #ChangeTheChannel thing was that if they put out a decent apology and said we are trying to do better they would have been ok still would have taken a hit but ok now well they are done folks #HowNotToDoPR

@Entropyffxiv #HowNotToDoPR. The past comments make your entire FC come off like bratty children. This recent drama makes the name of your FC apt. Good choice!
