Durrr.. I’m not conscious of any BIAS, but I’m acutely conscious of no bias that’s any of their business. #IAT #implicitassociationtest. This baloney has been debunked and found fruitless for staff development.

Eye opening #InclusionChallenge. I recommend spending a few minutes identifying your unconscious biases with these #ImplicitAssociationTest. I took the race and the gender-science tests, and I’m surprised/disappointed by my moderate biases. 😔 Something to keep in mind.

Fascinating to #ImplicitAssociationTest myself as part of a film jury. So far, my results are positive, but turns out I've a "moderate preference" for thin people. Odd that, because as a bit of a chubber myself I like to hang out with other chubbers so I look thinner.
