The ICJ registrar should urgently invoke Article 63 of the ICJ statue and put these states on notice that they are being made party to the ICJ proceedings and issue new urgent interim measures forcing them to continue with pre-planned aid packages. Separately and as a matter of urgency this situation needs to be brought to the attention of the security council so that once the US & UK invoke their veto the General Assembly can get on with dealing with rogue States that appear to be blind to plausible Genocide. The West has lost its moral compass. If we allow this to pass we will all be in danger as we see the rule of law break down and see the rise of violent State level conflict across the globe. This is a sign we are all in danger. This behaviour must stop before it is too late.
