@piratechristian I don't think he's using ethnicity synonymously with race here, a unique redefinition. Unless I'm mistaken, he's talking more about cross-cultural marriages, e.g., marrying someone who hates your past and culture. He's said that interracial marriages aren't sinful.
It’s on the spectrum. The spectrum itself is the problem, regardless of where someone falls on it.

The following needs to be asked in light of the renewed discussion over #kinism:
What about us multi-ethic people after the flesh? What are we to do when identifying with an /ethos/? Who are we to marry, especially when we identify with at least two cultures?
#Kinism/ethnicity as a "Christian" national identity, destroys the Christian witness to the nations.
#Kinism and basic anthropology/sociology are different things.
There *are* natural tendencies to prefer the familiar and the tribe.
The reason we have the word "Kinism" is b/c it goes beyond, to concepts of 'racial' miscegenation and chauvinism (see real definition).
Kinism is heretical. It denies the truth that we are fundamentally a new humanity in Christ. In prioritizes natural relations over the mystical union we have as members of the body and claims they are more fundamental, thus denying the mystery of the gospel in Paul's writings
