Last run of the year! After 2.5 years MAF training worked. This year was completely injury and pain free. Also managed to accomplish my objectives which was jogging for 5k at a 135 bpm heart rate and at the end be ready to start over. Yes, we can! #mafrunning #mafrun

Kadang kadang duk fikir adakah penggunaan kasut mempengaruhi HR? 😅. Perasan Resting HR menurun, Saja buat percubaan dengan meletakkan Target Pace 6.00-5.50, 5.50-5.40, then hasilnya masih dapat pada low HR. HR pilih Max HR. MAF 180-34. #runningactivity #mafrunning

After attending the webinar of @DrPhilMaffetone yesterday night, inspired to restart my #MAFrunning this morning. A slow 13 km #FastedRun with an average HR of 29. No need of water felt throughout. If one is fat adapted, #MAF is even better. Will only eat if I feel hungry.

After last Saturday's HM, followed by 7 km runs from Mon-Sat, did a 22k #MAF run this morning in Mumbai. Though it's challenging to run slow when the weather is good, tempting you to quickly finish your half marathon, I think I'm getting into the groove of #MAFrunning gradually.

Did a slow half marathon this morning using #MAF method. Quite successful in maintaining HR below 133 bpm. Need more weekends so that I can build up on the mileage. Thanks @aga_pallavi for introducing the #MAFrunning to me.
