A court order stated, "Brokerages Are Compelled To Produce the aggregate number of shares of Scilex Common Stock”. The court gave the 25 brokerages 30 days to produce these numbers.
WE are asking Congress to send a certified letter to FINRA for the share count and certified letters to the roughly 105 Broker Dealers: requesting the following information:
1. The share count of the total long positions held at record date 12/12/22 plus the number of accounts.
2. The share count of total short positions held at record date 12/12/2022 plus the number of accounts.
3. The number of shares allotted from AST.
4. The number of shares that have been transferred to AST to date, to be registered in beneficial holder accounts.
Should this avenue be taken, we could request the brokerage information via Next Bridge Hydrocarbons from AST.
