@easyjet you allowed the person to board. From when thr incident occurred you had 6/8 hours to sort out replacement crew planes or atleast advise the passengers in tenerife at a decent time leave many family's in the airport with no contact for hours.. #neverflyeasyjet

@easyJet how do you plan on improving this service? Customers are paying you more than the cost of the flight for a premium service and you cannot fulfil that service, you should be refunding the extra that you are stealing from customers. #terribleservice #neverflyeasyjet

@easyJet you cancelled our flight tomorrow afternoon and moved us to the last flight tonight even with young children. Now that is delayed by 2 hours until after 11pm and every other flight is being cancelled. You are a disgrace of an airline. #NeverFlyEasyJet

@easyJet currently on the ill fated flight EZY8663 to Alicante. Emergency forced us to Toulouse. Now the spare plane has a flat tyre. Another hour delay on top of the previous 3hrs. Haven’t even offered passengers water. Absolutely shockingly poor service. #neverflyeasyjet

The farce with @easyJet continues.Rejecting expense claims for our new flight after cancelling our fight.Nobody to talk to as you only have standard forms to fill in and no reply emails sent to you.The stress this is causing the family is disgusting #neverflyeasyjet #badservice

We’re still waiting for compensation for a flight that was cancelled in July. @easyJet has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. #NeverFlyEasyJet

Yay! @easyJet you win the award for my most awful flight ever! And I’ve taken a lot of flights in a lot of weird places. Congrats on turning a 3.5hr direct flight into 13hrs via Milan. Oh, and then lying about it all the way. (But my tan is still 👌🏽) #neverflyeasyjet
