The first "#Quantum #particles and #fields on the #lattice" course at @UiSIMF / @UniStavanger concluded today with a hands-on #tutorial on multiprocessing with #OpenMP and #OpenMPI, using our SU(2) Langevin #MCMC #code developed in a previous tutorial. Well done everyone!

Observing a weird behaviour in a #Fortran code. MPI_Comm_size and MPI_Comm_Rank always return 1 and 0 when certain subroutines are called but work fine when these calls are commented out. Using #GNU #Fortran 7.5.0 and #OpenMPI 2.1.1. Has anyone encountered this behaviour?

#OpenMPI パラチューンね。ケースバイケースなのでケース決めましょう。フルカー空力解析、約1億セル、DES、PISO法、非圧縮とします。コア286:計算≒70%、通信≒30% コア512:計算≒50%、通信≒50% コア800:計算≒30%、通信≒70% 上が各コアが使われる割合です（5年前の案件で）。
