I just deleted the #MyChart
App from #PAMF, #SutterHealth and #DignityHealth on my #smartphone . Last night I tried to login and they presented a new “terms of service” that states as user of the application I have no right to capture digital screenshot of my communications with clinical provides. I would be “prohibited from capturing electronic interactions with my clinicians!”
So I can’t document anything by capturing screen shots of my own health records! Even if they committed malpractice? Or gave the wrong meds!
Even if they make mistakes I am not allow to capture it electronically. Sorry I will not and did not sign that terms of service and have delete the app!
How is that for transparency in medicine?
