I’m putting this out in public @dexcom.
Your track record with communications… well it’s the whole reason this account exists.

According to “Marketer of the Year” @thejohnbernard, he’s got something to be proud of with the @dexcom account.
Let’s analyze two screenshots on how well he’s doing.

@Dexcom just tweeted!!!
Just kidding. They can’t be bothered to figure out how these internet typewriters work.

How much money could @dexcom save by printing instructions that *DON’T* require it to be folded over on extra paper?
Maybe they can pay @delve_design to rethink this... again.

I’m thinking about buying @Dexcom stock, because it’s a sure fire bet it will go down then. ↘️

The @dexcom account has been a Twitter member since January 2009.
Over the decade major companies have figured out this social media thing.
It is terrible PR to remain silent.

I know I’m killing it on the treadmill when my @dexcom loses signal.
I ran a personal best 4.76 miles in 45 minutes BTW. 🏃🏼

You’re speaking my language friend.
And @dexcom needs to take note.
#dexcomwarrior #PeaceOutFingerpricks
Apparently @dexcom has been sending me refills without the proper paperwork on file.
Can we just go one month without issues? Is that so much to ask?

I wonder if @dexcom CEO Kevin Sayer has ever tried talking to anyone at the overseas call center. 🧐 He should be appalled at the lack of quality. But it might be hard to care about us plebes with all that money.

It’s this weird paradox for them to exist in.
On the one hand the @dexcom CGM is this phenomenal product.
On the other their customer support and communications are a complete mess.

The more I know about Dexcom, the less I like the company itself. Love the G6 for my T1 daughter, but he company itself... wow. A shambles.
See @dexcom? Customers are frustrated by your lack of presence.
#dexcomwarrior #PeaceOutFingerpricks
Right?
You would think a major player in the medical technology industry would have customer support on weekends like their peers.

Yo, me and my fellow keyboard gangstas gonna roll up on @dexcom give’em the clickety-clack. You in, home girl?
#dexcomwarrior #dexcomoutage #peaceoutfingerpricks
I think I need to quit facebook. Just been called a "keyboard gansta" for saying it was stupid to call out people for being mad at dexcom when dexcom is the one that fucked up 😂 how long until I get kicked out of this group? #striketwo
This account was originally started because @Dexcom had a server issue that locked me out for 80+ days.

I want them to be better about communication.
This weekend just proved my point.

There’s this issue where @dexcom doesn’t effectively communicate with users when they’re having major service disruptions.
I believe they’re your partners for #PeaceOutFingerPricks.

Is there something you're struggling with right now when it comes to managing #Type1diabetes? Smaller issues (like correctly dosing insulin for holiday cookies) and BIG issues (like access to the supplies and insulin you need) both welcome. ❣️
Oh man @gwsuperfan.
That really says a lot on how poorly @dexcom has executed their communications strategy.
And calling it a strategy is me being generous.

#Dexcom's in-app message regarding the Share/Follow outage is directing people to their Facebook page. As a result, confused users are flocking to Dexcom user groups on Facebook. 50-100 requests per hour for the last 72 hours in the group I manage 🤦🏻♂️ #DexcomOutage
Your intuition is most likely correct.
There is a serious technical issue @dexcom and their lack of communication is infuriating.

#Dexcom follow stopped working again just in time for us to go to bed. Awesome. Back to the baby monitor and Bluetooth speaker.
I’ve got a feeling that there is more going on than they’re telling us.
That’s just how @dexcom do.
I keep telling them to tweet.
But they don’t.
So here I am.

How does CEO of a public company #KevinSayer in 2019 not communicate a message about its servers being down for more than 24 hours? How does a public company in 2019 not have an active twitter account @dexcom where they can share critical communication with their customers?
Did @dexcom really hand out free CGM’s on the weekend their server got nuked?
And it’s @businessinsider again?
Yes?
