Sustainable progress depends on domestic political leadership, increased national investment, integration within broader health systems, and meaningful participation of civil society.
This evolution strengthens accountability, resilience, and long term impact. It positions the AIDS response not as a vertical exception, but as a catalyst for equitable, inclusive, and sustainable health systems.
