"En lugar de "desmentir", los investigadores deberían prepararse a fondo y "pre-denunciar" #PreBunk #PreBunking . Se trata, en efecto, de decir la primera palabra."
Most people who debunk pseudoscience and health misinformation do so because they value competent patient care and public health.
It’s also their professional and ethical duty.
But I do it because I’m a Big Pharma shill working intently to advance the globalist agenda by manufacturing government-made hurricanes and chemtrails in my basement like the rest of my lizard people.

@VigilantFox Sounds like Hillary Clinton is trying to #prebunk any truths that might inconvenience the @KamalaHarris campaign in October.
To #Debunk means to expose something as being false, exaggerated, or misleading like calling BS on what @vonderleyen just said. To #Prebunk is a proactive approach to countering what YOU deem as misinformation. Succinctly described by @THErealDVORAK "Propaganda!" H/T @noagenda
EU President Ursula von der Leyen:
“As technology evolves we need to build up societal immunity around information manipulation.”
“Research has shown that pre-bunking is much more successful than debunking.”

The hope is that by playing this game, we #prebunk the use of trolling, emotional language, amplifying unsubstantiated content, spreading conspiracy theories, polarizing people, and images/memes to manipulate audiences, making people less vulnerable to these techniques. 3/7
👈not Americano disclaimer, 🫡🇬🇧💯 a FFS here to help you folks #prebunk and spread a small dose of truth, and I trust some valuable insights.
*am surprised you not mentioned in the bill @Cryptadamist lol
FWIW, IMHO, the DEA, and CIA have been running the crypto show for the longest time. (The IRS and DEA have probably the best record in busting the fraudsters. DEA partly due to the cartel, dark web experience, and IRS, well self-evident and institutionalized tacit competence in following the offshore money trail)* Source* researched every major digital cash/ exchange/crypto bust and successful prosecution since cash. (both technical and legal )
I am ignoring the partisanship you folks may have for a moment. This bill is a step towards bringing clarity and 'legitimacy.' The provisions here merely describe the work "the agencies are already involved in." Like it or not, it is happening and will continue. Why not bring some transparency and accountability? Given that it does not empower nor disempower any these federal institutions who will no longer have to be skirt around or operate in the shadows..
My 2 cents are only 2 points.
a) The private sector, especially the fintech and FIs shoutout, whether the wording was by design or deliberation, will be a bell weather for the Wall Street, Main Street, and 'normies' adoption. Either the bill gets shut down quickly, i.e., this thing dies in committee and we go back to drawing boards. Alternatively, if Americans rally behind it, the subtext here cannot be overstated - Activities in crypto Main Street AND Wall Street can go from 'zero to full tilt' in no time, which signals broad market acceptance and embracement.
b) And I hope there is scope to include international/allies into the group, or as BIBI recently put it, "like-minded nations." The whole point of this is the transnational element. The borderless attribute of the blockchain is, in part, its most vexing issue for lawmakers. Thus. It would not only make sense but also vital to encourage participation with the international community from 'scratch'. 😜 Else, we'd just go somewhere else or look else where for leadership.
Lastly, with deference, hopefully the group would (ideally) not consist of any / all the usual suspects of inflooencers, frauditors, cryptobros and banksters known today. Guys who shat the bed, don't get to plan the next party ok?

Suwalkin käytävä on #turpo mielessä kriittinen alue. Vain 600 km Helsingistä etelään. Venäjän johtajan turhautuminen ja halu kiistää/haastaa länsi lisää valmiutta riskinottoon. Teot oikeutetaan Venäjän kotiyleisölle juhlavin tarinoin. (1/3)
