How does this get us the audited count of shares held at all FINRA member firms as of close of business 12-8-22?

@JunkSavvy #MMTLP So, FINRA says in their response to @RepRalphNorman's open letter that they can't get the audited count of shares from all US & foreign financial institutions. Ok, cool. We're asking for #Rule4140 to be exercised which FINRA can use to audit ANY member(firm) at ANY time.

@JunkSavvy 2/2 FINRA already explained that there was an estimated 2.65M of short interest in in their FAQ. They say they cannot get the foreign data. So start with the domestic count. Can they do that? Their website says they can! #Rule4140 These are questions we should be asking Congress.

@KarmaCollects @FINRA @SusanneTrimbath Even Dave Lauer, who was an advisor to FINRA and part of their Market Regulation Committee, was very clear(above). @FINRA said in their response to #MMTLPopenletter that they can't audit, but they have a #Rule4140 They lied to Congress and just don't want to.
