FINRA and the SEC were focused on MMTLP before the initial Corporate Action was published.
From court filings we've seen that FINRA was monitoring what was being said on social media.
It would've been impossible for them to not know that many investors were planning to sell on either 12/9/22 or 12/12/22.
So is it a coincidence that neither MMTLP Corporate Action made it clear that trading wouldn't occur on those days?
If it was clear that trading would end 12/8/22, brokerages would've planned forced liquidations and position close only trading leading up to 12/8/22.
Because the Corporate Actions were worded the way they were, brokerages planned forced liquidations and position close only trading leading up to 12/12/22.
FINRA purposely used opaque language because it was always their plan to U3 halt trading before the 12/9/22 trading day.
They purposely deceived investors and their member firms violating their own rule 2010 (Standard of Conduct) which obviously doesn't apply to FINRA.
The proof is in FINRA's rule 6490 because it's not FINRA's role to author/modify or revise the Corporate Action language and dates but they did this TWICE!
Not only this but the pending SEC adjudication (relating to the reverse-merger investigation), and also the MMTLP and MMAT blue sheet investigation that was initiated on 12/5/22, were reasons enough to not proceed with processing the Corporate Action.
Why hasn't FINRA or the SEC addressed why the Corporate Actions didn't match what was made effective by the SEC?

The X-ray of #FINRAfraud - (What lies beneath.)
Ten years ago, my doctor ordered an X-ray of my abdomen. He received the images from the technician within 20 minutes. The last thing I expected was a call from my doctor telling me to go straight to the hospital. Little did I know that those X-rays saved my life. It turns out I had an inflammation that was spreading inside my gut. Next came the intense emotional journey, from the shock of the news to the relief of knowing I would be getting treatment. The funny thing is that, before listening to the news and that I had to rush to the hospital, I wasn't feeling any pain. Yet, as the news started sinking in, I began to feel it…all of it.
If you’ve ever had an X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, etc., on a part of your body, you understand it allows us to see everything inside without getting opened up. So here’s a question: could we do the same with @FINRA? Just like an X-ray reveals what's inside our bodies, @FINRA's actions (or lack thereof), data, and available information can reveal what's happening inside that organization without getting in on the inside.
I used to think that @FINRA was not transparent, but now I know that couldn't be further from the truth! Stick with me on this - @FINRA is exceptionally transparent for most of its operations but selectively transparent when there is a problem. In this work, I will show you that @FINRA has trapped itself within its transparency. Their actions, or lack thereof, are now in plain sight for all to see.
@FINRA is suspected of potential fraud in the #MMTLP case, and the following data is about to confirm this. This revelation should raise serious concerns about the ethical behavior we expect from those in a position of trust and power.

No, why would they? No FINRA enforcement actions have been filed against member firms in regards to NBH, nor has FINRA filed against NBH for any rule violations. FINRA certainly is not going to investigate or file against their own UPC Committee for violating #Rule6490, defrauding investors and the public.
