Yet another question from a DOJ's #TargetedParent victim asking why @DAGToddBlanche excluded actual targeted parents like her—including families documented in the #PDJA Dossier of Targeted Parents that we submitted to your office last summer.
The frustration among these families is at a boiling point. I warned DOJ that sidelining the people they attacked would make things worse. That wasn't a threat—it was an observation and an opportunity to do the right thing. For my trouble, this DOJ again called me a "terrorist."
Instead of engaging the victims, DOJ has chosen to manage the narrative and add insult to injury, making enemies from some of @realDonaldTrump's most devoted allies . That's a mistake.
Y'all can deal with the fallout you created.

As one #TargetedParent said, the suffering now is even worse "because at least we didn't expect the Biden administration to do the right thing."
So far, nothing has been done for the brave parents, going on 18 months—not even an apology! But they did tell us, "we don't negotiate with terrorists"—and that's a fact.
We find that unacceptable, as is DOJ criticizing us for saying so.

I can substantiate what I said today on @EmeraldRobinson and @RealLindellTV with @TalkMullins.
These excerpts are from my January 23 meeting with a senior DOJ official. A few things will become immediately clear:
1. As the only #TargetedParent representing the group, I consistently approached DOJ in good faith and with a cooperative spirit. Only after I was told, on the record, "we don't negotiate with terrorists" did I push back—as anyone would. This is precisely the kind of rhetoric that was supposed to END under @POTUS's mandate to end weaponization.
2. DOJ appears determined to sanitize the narrative by selecting only "squeaky clean" victims while sidelining some of the most severely targeted parents. That is neither honest nor acceptable. If they stop misrepresenting us, we will stop exposing what happened.
3. On January 23, I was told DOJ did NOT want me included in the hearing because I'm not "clean." Now the explanation has shifted: apparently I cannot be trusted because I legally recorded the meeting.
I call that accountability.
Investigative journalists such as @JamesOKeefeIII have built careers exposing misconduct through lawful recordings. The question is simple: Who is being protected here—targeted parents or the officials responsible for the misconduct?
Either way, retaliation against protected speech continues.
4. After years of weaponization, financial devastation, legal expenses, and retaliation, there was no realistic way I could have afforded an appeal. That reality is part of the damage caused by the very misconduct now under review. DOJ should not penalize victims for the consequences of DOJ's own actions.
What troubles me most is this:
DOJ was the offending party. It participated in a fraudulent campaign against school parents despite never identifying a legitimate basis to federally indict a single parent.
Yet now there appears to be an effort to place the victims back on trial—as though some victims are acceptable and others are somehow "tainted."
That is deeply hurtful and fundamentally unfair.
The 6th Amendment embodies a core American principle: citizens should have the opportunity to confront accusations against them, not endure years of stigma, insinuation, and government allegations without a meaningful opportunity to challenge them. Victims of weaponization should not have to prove their innocence all over again to the very institution that wronged them.
I was among the most aggressively targeted parents in the nation. If DOJ is serious about reform, transparency, accountability, and restoring trust, it cannot begin by excluding some of the people who experienced the worst of the weaponization.
Many parents in our coalition are already saying:
"If they exclude Kelly, we will boycott the hearing."

So devastated to hear this man’s story. Unfortunately, much of it is deeply relatable to me, even though I am not a J6er.
As a #TargetedParent, I was sentenced to 100 days in jail, and I lost two sons—not to death, but to the lies and stigma that followed after the federal government labeled me a “domestic terrorist” for speaking out on behalf of school children. After hostile media coverage and public smears in 2021, my two oldest sons stopped talking to me. Thankfully, my second-oldest and I began reconciling last year, and I’m grateful to say our relationship is healing. But my oldest may never speak to me again—and before all of this, we had a wonderful relationship.
What this man lost can never truly be replaced. No amount of money will bring back his son, just as the years I've missed with mine cannot be returned.
If I could, I would hug this man and tell him that I care...I truly do. But I would also pray that God frees him from hatred and does the impossible: helping him forgive—and even love—his enemies.
Because one day, the people who did this to these families will stand before the Living God and answer for it, and it won't go well for them. The same goes for those who continue to malign and kick people who have already suffered far too much. And if you're one of those, "I counsel you to buy gold refined in the fire" and start loving these people unconditionally.

How are mothers losing children when they have committed no crime?

They go so far in their mission they often lie and cover each other’s backs.

I can’t stop thinking about how I’ve lost my child yet committed no crime. I can’t see my own child yet I can have their friends for a sleepover. People with criminal convictions still get to see their children. How can our rights just be removed like this?
This is a manipulative game lead by #FamilyCourtJudges. Sadly, the #Abusers get away with this because #Evidence is not allowed against most #ChildAbusers. Or, the abusers #Bribe #FamilyCourt practitioners to rule against the #TargetedParent. You can fight this. I can help.
The court order clearly states the abuser must make the children available for reasonable contact with their mother. He’s given weekly school pick-ups, overnight stays, and weekends, but the moment he was TOLD he was breaching the order, he withheld contact without hesitation. He had NO problem with it otherwise. Now, he’s not even reaching out about future contact. He wants me to beg him.
How is this "in the best interest of the children"? It’s not. It’s vile, disgusting #emotionalabuse. He manipulates contact to control the situation, enforcing the order only when it suits him, all while playing games with my time and my children's well-being. He loves controlling the narrative, inserting himself into our conversations, but can’t handle it when the shoe is on the other foot.
This sickening manipulation needs to end.
