Let me get this right. With both Telstra & V-Line both in a mess both the Telstra CEO & Government Minister for Transport just conveniently happen to be on leave at the same time. You seriously can’t make this shit up in Victoria if you tried #telstrafail #vlinefail
Can someone tell the boffin at @Telstra that Adelaide is not on Japan time?
My X trending feed is all in Japanese since my phone automatically updates to the time zone set by the network 🤦🏼♀️🤣

@Angel_281974 @Telstra @SamDForever1 @AlboMP take a read of this, it will make you angry…as it should!
collusion & mismanagement

@JamesDwho @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU @acmadotgov thanks for this, though wish your posts had got more traction - I signed the petition months ago
I started on the survey but I don’t think I have info to complete it
happy to email the specs I have
I’m livid at being #blocked today
#3GShutdown #telstraFAIL @MRowlandMP
@Telstra @acmadotgov but THAT is my point! I don’t know if I can call 000 because I am BLOCKED
shouldn’t I be allowed to test this, given no one has been able to confirm if I would be affected?
this is ridiculous #telstraFAIL

So just to add to my tweet yesterday outing @Telstra for increasing their prices when they said they wouldn't, this just came to my attention.
This is actually dangerous, many have unlisted numbers due to DV or due to work.

hey @Telstra why is your business onboarding so basic that it doesn't allow modern #domains that have alternative endings?
#dinosaurus #telstrafail
#TelstraFail thinks it's ok for rural Australians to have our Telstra mobile services out altogether or erratic at best for more than a week & we can't talk to our loved ones either! Difference is, we're paying for it.
Because the cost of talking to those you love shouldn’t be on your mind.
The annual pain point and reason why I want to leave @Telstra and switch to sim-only. An online ordering system that hasn't worked for the last 4 years, continuing its frustrating tradition. #preorderseason #telstrafail
Hey @Telstra is your infrastructure down?
No mobile data since last night, only wifi.
I cannot leave my phone if I want any apps to work - which defeats the purpose of a mobile service, no??
Your tech guy told me to ‘keep chat open’ - means I can’t leave my house. #Telstrafail
@Telstra Come off it. Who is running the company. Certainly so out of touch with the public. A pathetic excuse. How are you going to make this right for everyone who have spent all day trying to just get thru the login on telstra. #telstrafail
Trying to get Pink tickets in Telstra presale but site keeps crashing. Great advertising hey? 🤦🏻
#TelstraFail #Pinksale
@Telstra @GTH350 And what time will the site be up and running? Not much use having tickets go on sale if no one can access the app or webpage #telstrafail #pink
@LiveNationAU @Telstra @Pink Debacle! #telstra supposedly the No.1 provider in Aus and you can’t handle the traffic to your website or app… #telstrafail
@Telstra Pointless - 45mins with if DMs with Tori and the result is still the same with @Telstra. I’m on my own with no service for two days #telstrafail
Trying to use @Telstra 5G service in Kyneton is like trying to use the internet wading through mud. The day started with 5G and now it’s down to 3G. Great when you’re trying to run a business. 😡#telstrafail #telstra #kyneton
Now we’ve all been talking about the #optushack in Aus, but how about #telstrafail My phone stolen last Friday in Africa & have been trying unsuccessfully to contact Telstra. Go to My Telstra, an app that requires 2 stage authentication from the phone that was stolen. Yay!
Yep, the hack is 3G… that’s the bands that rural Australia still heavily relies on and yet is being turned off in less than 2 years 🤦
#TelstraFail
@colincopeland2 Sad to see the low speeds there @colincopeland2, if you change the network settings on the device to 3G. Does it improve the service?
As there's some blackspots in the area, the 3G coverage maybe stronger. -Evie
