Emmanuel Bernard, #éleveur et président de la section bovine d’INTERBEV, a accueilli sur son exploitation au cœur du berceau charolais Alain Fontaine, restaurateur engagé et président de l’#AFMR.
Cette visite a été l’occasion de présenter les grands principes de l'élevage bovin herbager : un modèle d’#élevage autonome et à taille humaine, avec des animaux nourris majoritairement à l’herbe et aux fourrages de la ferme. Un modèle qui entretient nos paysages et favorise la biodiversité, tout en contribuant à la vitalité économique des territoires.
Son lien étroit avec la #restauration prend tout son sens pour répondre aux attentes des convives qui souhaitent voir davantage de #viande française dans les restaurants, en garantissant la souveraineté alimentaire. 🇫🇷
Ce partenariat entre INTERBEV et l’AFMR s’inscrit dans cette ambition : valoriser les produits issus de nos élevages, garantir une juste reconnaissance du travail des éleveurs et continuer à renforcer le lien entre ceux qui produisent et ceux qui cuisinent.

Our publication today in JACC describing the outcomes of MitraClip in atrial compared with ventricular FMR from 5 studies (4 with outcomes data). MR reduction to <=2+ was comparable in aFMR and vFMR (RR: 0.99; 95% CI: 0.96-1.02; P=0.53) as was 1-yr death or HFH (fig).

Atrial functional mitral regurgitation (AFMR) is present in 36% of patients with #echofirst LA enlargement. Even mild #AFMR is independently associated with mortality.
