@spikesonly @R_campbell_90 Yes I was using this in 1994 with @MuscleLabPro and even their initial #Biorobot to very good effect, and encouraged others to do the same with similar results. Even working then with Ole Olsen on his original idea with fishing reel, that led to #Dynaspeed and #1080Motion.

Resisted sprints are great means to work on different aspects of the acceleration. Eg. 16%bm=maxV=8m/s=aprox. velocity&position @ 4-5 step unloaded sprinting for @Tarnhuvud @Ergotest #dynaspeed #sprintsundsvall
