I am looking forward to catching up with this and other talks as I was unable to attend the second day of #ITAKOM23.
However it was fabulous attending the first day and catching up with so many like minded people, however briefly.

School is not the only place to get an education & there are many other places to learn and grow.

Day 2 #ITAKOM23
The day started with beautiful sunshine despite-2C, attended many talks such as the amazing work by @reeshazahir, @grrand_team , @avkirbyPhD and many posters presentations including the wonderful black themed poster by @BigBadBee!
Reflecting on ITAKOM 23 Conference. Possibly the best group of people, researchers, clinicians, parents, academics, care workers, I have ever had the honour of spending time with. Collectively striding to create a world that is more neurodiverse aware and accepting! #ITAKOM23

We were grateful for the opportunity to present preliminary findings from our multi-phase, co-produced study of #autistic people's experiences of #perimenopause & #menopause.

Absolutely thought-provoking workshops about PPI and how to incorporate neurodiversity into research! There might not be good answers for some of the questions now, but itβs good to start thinking about them!! #ITAKOM23
