A patient asked me a very sensible question today, to which I didn’t immediately have a smart answer: ‘If the aim is to load the Achilles tendon, why does it matter whether you get to it via a straight knee (gastroc) or bent knee (soleus)?’ @rwilly2003 @Seth0Neill @tomgoom
