Significant % any-grade TRAE for rash, diarrhoea and mucositis but few (10%) grade 3. Additionally, with mFU of ~14m, 70% required dose modifications and only 3% discontinued.
Great outcomes for a Ph1/2. ORR 51%, DCR 97%, ctDNA clearance 57% in evaluable pts. In ITT, 6mPFS 71% & 6mOS 83%.
