Just reading a HSE response as to why they wouldn’t sanction approval for a private therapist to meet a much needed intervention for a child in crisis - apparently it offends the principle of equity of service.

MLHR called the Cork County Council, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and An Garda Síochána.
We wanted owners to be held accountable, instead owners were contacted and got to take some of them away yesterday.
No repercussions for placing them on a derelict site with NOTHING to eat.
Today some still remain on this site, starving in this terrible wet, cold weather. Dead body still there🤬
Private land... why wasn't the landowner held accountable?
We have had it! This is why Ireland is in this awful animal cruelty mess, this is why it gets bigger all the time.
