Now it’s the eternal problem of my brain hitting its most alert time of the day right when it’s time to go to bed. 😩 Damn 8 am classes! No matter how much I get up early, my rhythms never seem to reset to be ready to sleep when I need to. #owlproblems

My shoulders+hips are screaming at me to do tai chi again, but I'm not good at keeping up with it when I don't have a class to motivate me, and all the classes are when I'm working or sleeping. Everything is always when I'm working or sleeping. Why no 10pm classes? #OwlProblems

The problem with this 24-hour system is that whenever I do manage to get enough sleep it's basically impossible to go to bed early enough to also get enough sleep the following night. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH HOURS #owlproblems
