#SofologyFail - I’m so disappointed with @Sofology. My sofa was delivered with scuffs, scrapes, insufficient foam in cushions and small tears in leather. Been battling to get a refund. Customer service is appalling. Don’t buy from these cowboys

@Sofology @SofologyHelp #sofologyfail sofa was delivered with no feet and has been ‘repaired’ 3 times. Repairs failed and It’s now sagging >1 inch. Repairer also scratched our wooden floor. Still no reply to emails/support case 361984. At what point do I file a small claims case?
@cathy_fraser You’ll be lucky to hear anything from sofology! I was trying to order a sofa but it’s been 3 days and still no contact. So I took to Twitter and I’m glad that I did, look up #sofologyfail! Definitely a company to avoid!
@Sofology actually, don’t bother. After reading #sofologyfail there is not a chance in hell that I’d spend a penny with you. You’ve just lost a potential customer because you don’t contact customers when you said you would.
Disgusting service rcvd by @Sofology. Contacted them to discuss a fault with a sofa; spoke to Lewis from the engineering dept who’s customer service was appalling and refused to acknowledge a fault and said if there was one it was our fault! Wasted 2.5hrs! #avoid #sofologyfail
@stephaniemerac @Sofology I know but they do not care one bit. If you purchased your sofa on finance or using a credit card the creditors have joint responsibility for the goods so you can raise a complaint via them.
