@Sales_Aster #ThisSOThing is a SCAM! You "own" nothing, you're a leaseholder, with fewer rights than tenants. You are responsible for 100% of costs of maintenance & upgrades, but you have no say in why, when or how costs are incurred.
Also skyrocketing service charges.
Avoid avoid avoid!
You forgot to mention 100% liability for all building and fire safety defects.

The rent I now pay on the 50% I DON’T own has increased to the point where it is now more expensive than my mortgage on the 50% I DO apparently own!!… It’s a trap that I would caution anyone against!! #thisSOthing 🙄
