For me:
- if RAO and Distal pulse: #DRA puncture and try to advance PCI wire.
- if RAO and no distal pulse : left radial
- if puncture failure: #ulnarsecond
- if no other option: #safefemoral
There is a radial artery high take-off and then there is a high take-off. When is it inappropriate not to switch? Btw: does right-sided high take-off mean very high probability for the left side to have the same anatomy? My ”limited experience “ says no. #RadialFirst #UlnarSecond
