Find this odd. Bye then @OctopusEnergy - significantly more expensive from December than elsewhere, so we’ll be off! Bizarre you don’t want to retain longstanding customers, just want to over inflate prices for them.
Disappointing #whatcustomerservice #ripoff
Fly @Ryanair if you want to be kettled in a boiling hot stairwell for more than 30 mins until airline decides it is time to board plane. & plane leaves late anyway. We are not human. We are logistics to be managed. Tbh it's probably worth paying extra £50. #whatcustomerservice
Poor show @OctopusEnergy. A year of dreadful customer service + now defending the indefensible in my small claim court action to recover just a day’s pay for time it’s taken me to try to deal with the problem. Shame on you… @g__j #disgruntled #whatcustomerservice @TeslaOwnersUK
@Ryanair I filled in another form today to raise this again and was told that this type of query could only be resolved by talking to someone on live chat! #whatcustomerservice?
Two consecutive cancellations and now 72 hours until the next available flight…. Thanks @WestJet for ruining my week - missed work, appointments, commitments, and not even available for a callback for >48 hours.

Almost 3 weeks since raising an issue and still being fobbed off by @bookingcom
You should be honouring what your agent confirmed with me. #WhatCustomerService #fobbedoff
@FlyFrontier @FrontierCare another flight, another issue with you ding dongs. Supposed to be wheels up in 3 minutes but we're running behind so stewardess could catch up between flights. #priorities #worthless #whatcustomerservice
@British_Airways Asking us to call a Kenyan number is totally unacceptable when we are dealing with a UK company! #whatcustomerservice? #notfitforpurpose

Operators are on-site and conducting tests before restoration can start.
ERT :21h00 if all tests go well.
We'll keep the affected customers updated on any developments.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.^TM

Hey @sneakersnstuff it would be great if you could actually respond to one of the many emails/dm's I've sent regarding an order I placed over 2 weeks ago. No tracking updates from Evri since 23rd November either! First and last time I shop with you...
