@BBCWatchdog @BritishGasHelp just called by a complaint handler who doesn’t have the info on dates when my boiler was fixed or that I was told it was irreparable when it wasn’t! told me if I don’t tell him the dates and info he’s just going to send me a letter of resolution !

@BritishGasHelp no appointment booked after the no show. Another morning trying to get it sorted. After 3 no shows and over two weeks with no hot water or central heating. Now being asked to wait until Wednesday and take the day off work ! EMERGENCY BOILER COVER REALLY #joke

@BritishGasHelp been waiting in the house 12 hours now on the promise of an engineer. Just got a phone call from someone to say he’s not sending me an engineer it’s not urgent enough. Literally ran out of words to describe the ridiculousness of this situation.

@BritishGasHelp another engineer no show another whole week with no boiler. 3 calls already today. No help whatsoever just told to wait. Told would get a call back, didn’t. British Gas emergency boiler cover is a joke !

@BritishGasHelp not very helpful when your “emergency boiler cover��� only operates Monday to Friday. Engineer has the part but doesn’t work weekends so I’ll just freeze until Monday. Only a week without a boiler so far !!!!

After over a week with no hot water or heating I am know told I am not a priority call out and need to wait until Friday.

@BritishGasHelp Hi Colin I am on the phone to your complaints team who have told me I have to wait until Thursday now. I have to wait on the phone … 15 minutes we are up to now. While the complaints typed up so I can have a reference number and wait 2 days for a manager to call me! I’ll DM you

@BritishGasHelp Engineer hasn’t turned up. British Gas offices are closed on Sunday so can’t speak to anyone. So a week now since I reported no heating or hot water. No idea if anyone is coming tomorrow!

@BritishGasHelp Hi BG I made a complaint and a very helpful manager called back and has arranged for someone to come tomorrow. Shame I had to spend an hour on the phone but glad that someone is coming now 👍🏻

@Hermesparcels I ordered my sons school shoes on 48hour delivery and they should have come last Sunday. Your site just says we have a problem. No information as to what or when they will come and no contact points. Where’s my parcel ?

@CWOA sort the queue out at tiger rock. Got in a 45 minute queue nearly 2 hours ago because no one is operating the normal queue and just letting fast pass entry in. Very frustrating!!!

@TheBodyShopUK your website isn’t working. Just attempted a purchase and will not complete as the free hand wash for orders of £30 is out of stock. Does not allow it to be removed or complete purchase. No contacts on website. Very disappointed.
