@LeyaneSchaefer @PNCBank_Help Just curious @PNCBank_Help have you processed any PPP loans for businesses who net under $1M? Or even $500k? Why is it that loyal customers of the bank can’t even talk to someone at the bank about the process?

@ps_sof @PNCBank_Help It’s infuriating! I got that a bunch - clear your cache- but then you’ll get all the way to the end ( if u get in) an you wont be able to upload the actual SBA application that it auto generates after filling out PNC form. I wish they just waiting to QA before going live.

@PNCBank_Help I have tried 3x now to fill out the PPP application have gotten to the final page to have it crash- now I can’t get back in- have emptied my cashe- any idea when the bugs will be worked out and when I can log back in?
