तो कहने का मतलब ये कि हर सरकारी आदमी या सरकारी संस्था भ्रष्ट या निकम्मी नहीं होती...

देश के सबसे अच्छे अस्पताल का नाम मेदांता नहीं एम्स है ... जो सरकारी हैं ... सबसे अच्छे इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज का नाम IIT है .... जो सरकारी हैं .... सबसे अच्छे मैनेजमेंट कॉलेज का नाम IIM है .... जो सरकारी हैं ... देश के सबसे अच्छे विद्यालय केन्द्रीय विद्यालय हैं ... जो सरकारी हैं .... देश के एक करोड़ लोग अभी या किसी भी वक़्त .... अपने गंतव्य तक पहुँचने के लिए सरकारी रेल में बैठते हैं... नासा को टक्कर देने वाला ... ISRO .... अम्बानी नहीं सरकार के लोग चलाते हैं..

सरकारी संस्थाएँ फ़ालतू मे बदनाम हैं .... अगर इन सारी चीज़ों को प्राइवेट हाथों में सौंप दिया जाए ... तो ये सिर्फ़ लूट खसोट का अड्डा बन जाएँगी ...

Uttarakhand High Court has allowed a married woman, a mother of 10 year old son and 6 year old daughter to relinquish all her marital obligations & live with her lover in a live-in relationship

This woman abandoned her husband & kids to be with a man she met on social media

High Court just accepted her allegations that her husband "misbehaved with her" and gave no relief to husband who was pleading her to come back

This woman has not just left husband but the kids too.

If a man does the same thing, he's fastened with responsibility to maintain his wife and kids financially. If he doesn't pay, he can also be put in Jail. There was a court decision earlier where a man was convicted for Cruelty under IPC 498A because he had an extramarital affair which caused mental torture to his wife.

Article 14 of Constitution of India talks about EQUALITY BEFORE LAW but every single day we are seeing how women are being treated ABOVE THE LAW by Indian courts bending the law in whatever way possible to give favourable judgment to a woman

IS THIS EQUALITY?

Why are all legal obligations of a Marriage on the man alone?

Such decisions will wreak havoc in lives of children. No one's thinking about them.
