My monthly battle with the dreadful mess that is @ThreeUKSupport customer service. If anyone at 3 tried to be a customer they might have a shock. 15 years I've been a customer, now going to pay Β£300 to exit the contracts just to be away from the service.
Ahh #evri same old nonsense about issue with access at delivery address hence delay with delivery blah blah blah. Been working in front garden all day, why does anyone still use you? (cost obviously)
2hours on phone with @ThreeUK this morning & noone can't help with simple account issues caused by the. I did same last month which is supposed to have fixed it. Our 15 years together probably needs to end as don't have time.
@tomasmcguinness We started with portable and ditched it as the pipe out the window was not working well. For not much more money we have proper aircon on 4 rooms which of course can heat as well. It's worth the extra.
@MakeItWorkTech 100% agree, cloud only if you don't rely on it as it will stop working when the mfr inevitably turns off the server one day. Local local local. All critical items should be local.
The latest lighting control tweaks in @home_assistant are fabulous, thank you to the dedicated devs that make it better each month. Still out guns all the commercial offerings out there, even the very expensive ones (if you build your set up carefully)
@EverySmartHome For me it was presence, as we know there are now solutions for that! π We used to have many wants but moving to HA nailed all of them. Our house is solid stable and intelligent. A "pro" bridge from hue to remove so many hubs would be nice.
@Lichfield_DC quite insensitive that when entering my name into a council tax bill I pay as exor for my dad's estate it says not found (even though you send everything to me. Enter the dead persons name and bingo.......
@Kia_Worldwide we love our kia but can't understand why the service were getting on a warranty fault is so bad. The sunroof on the @KiaSportage is a known common fault yet told garage can't look until August and then the parts won't be ordered and could be 6 more weeks??
