I can't choose the right contract for June 2028 V1 (24 months). But you signed me up (12 M June 27). On the phone. You said it's a 18 M contract.
I need 24 M. As it was for May 2024/26 tariffs. For switching, tariffs are missing once logged in.
Has a low energy user at home. I would like to be considered for one of the cheaper tariffs that is available to long standing customer for over 30 years as British Gas customer.
I have attached my April usage for your consideration of a suitable tariff scheme for 2026/28.
Once I've logged in I do not have the option to see the tariffs or to change the tariffs from 12 months to 24 months contact.
