@bryan_johnson My RHR is also 41. Yet I don't follow any of the suggestions you provide. Curious!

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@bustanutkeaton I work in audio so my experience isn't typical but I do find a vibrant entertainment scene & no shortage of fun stuff to do (ocean swimming, biking, yoga, hikes, tennis, art house films). By night I'm working at El Rio, The Chapel or Kilowatt where there are great bands & parties

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@WorldAndScience Oz Perlman's mentalist performance. I saw the dude live a week before he was at the White House correspondent's dinner and I'm still floored. How?!

@sama Increase healthy coral reef & kelp forest ecosystems worldwide

@nickcammarata Haven't tried it myself, but this is how two of my friends independently described kratom

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@nickcammarata Kratom?

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@longnow @stewartbrand An inspiring fellow! ✨

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@CoachDanGo Wow, this is almost exactly what I've been taking, except for L-theanine. I'll look into adding it! And I take NMN with a swig of olive oil. Not convinced it does much, but the potential upside seems great if it does work so I'm trying it anyway.

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@bryan_johnson @HamiltonMorris @Grimezsz @Benioff I especially liked the talk about longevity bio-science, epigenetic modulation & cellular reprogramming 🧬 Oh, and when Grimes dropped the Ocarina of Time jam 🧝🏽‍♂️

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

I enjoyed watching the most public 🍄 journey of all time; kudos to @bryan_johnson & team for helping make this once-taboo subject something we can all discuss openly. High school me would be amazed by the progress. Loved seeing @HamiltonMorris, @Grimezsz & @Benioff tune in ✨

@davidpattersonx Geography is a finite resource & I can't imagine that people won't continue to compete for coveted real estate. Living in Mill Valley is different than living in Burundi

@GoogleAI A Simpsons-themed poster promoting nuclear power

@Aella_Girl Palingenesis, dirigisme, autarky

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@josephdelong I used to have this in my Toyota Corolla. Best music player ever! 🐬

Any thoughts from this group on how to deal with tendonitis, specifically De Quervain's syndrome (pain where the thumb connects to the arm bones)?

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@jrkelly Agreed! I would love to see us rising to the occasion, using life to support life in such inherently inhospitable environments. I've got to imagine that a symbiosis of robots & microbes will do much of the heavy lifting until conditions are truly suitable for people

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@BigDickBarclay I get way more engagement on FB than here. Guaranteed that this response will have no interaction. And yet I use X way more because I follow people I'm interested in here, not people I know

[Ryan Huber @Hyoobaloinz]

@JessePeltan I noticed Suzhou in 2019 was way quieter than CA because more vehicles were electric, which obv use way more ⚡ than combustion engines. There were also whole cities seemingly covered w LEDs at full brightness. Seemed excessive, prob could save some money by dimming.

@growing_daniel @zeynepmyenisey Does this chart from @Aella_Girl show signs of slowing?
