Your team is behind. Do you hire, train, move people or use AI?
I’m trying to learn how companies really decide. I wrote down my questions and I would love your story. https://t.co/fuumPipu4x
Founders, can I interview you?
Hire? Train? Outsource? Ask an AI? Most founders decide who does what by guessing.
I’m building Enpowerly to help: it suggests who should handle each task (a person, an AI, or both), and you approve every call.
Before I build more, I want to learn how you decide, what goes wrong, and what you wish you had. Your answers shape what I build next.
How much did your team spend on AI agents last month? And what did that money ship?
If you run a team of 10+ and everyone uses AI, you probably know the first number. Very few founders know the second.
Your engineer runs agents to write code. Your designer generates mockups. Your marketer drafts posts. Every one of them is spending tokens. Some of that spend moves a goal forward. Some of it is just cost.
I'm building Enpowerly to show you which is which. You enter a goal, like shipping a feature. It works out who on your team should do which part, assigns the work, and tracks what each person spends on AI along the way. So you can see if the spend is producing a return.
It's early. I'm looking for 2 design partners.
15 days free, no credit card. If it solves the problem, a $50 pilot after that.
If this sounds like your team, I'd love a 15-minute call. DM me.

What I'm building: Enpowerly — an AI-native workforce platform that helps companies identify capability gaps, allocate work between people and AI agents, and track execution costs.
Who I'm selling to: Founders and operations leaders at early-stage AI-native and SaaS startups with growing teams who struggle to coordinate people, allocate work efficiently, and understand where AI can improve execution.
Who should ship the new feature?
Can Maya take both projects? The answer is a bar that fills to 30 of the 40 hours needed.
What if Daniel gets an AI assistant?
What will it cost?
AI is coming to your team. Who decides what it does?
With Enpowerly, you do. It suggests who should handle each task: a person, an AI tool, or both. You review, edit, or reject. Nothing happens without your approval.
I’m looking for pilot customers. A pilot is a small, short test on one real problem. No big contract.
Early product, so some features are still being built.

@Nehakathare@ycombinator I'm building Enpowerly. It studies the organizational goal, team capability and allocates work between human and AI. Tracks the execution cost and capability gaps.
What are you building?
Assalamualaikum Mr. Ali,
I'm Sahriyar from Bangladesh. I left my ops internship and being the CEO of an NGO to build Enpowerly.
It understands organizational goals, reads team capability, then lays out a plan and assigns work between humans and AI to get faster and better results. If there's a lack, it recommends and helps with training and automates the hiring process.
I'm currently talking to founders for validation and acquiring early customers.
If you are interested, we can get in a 10-min chat or a call.
Its free for 15 days and no card needed to signup.
You can check out the website here: https://t.co/D3N1MJmAF6
Thanks for your time.
