@etihad refund of $100, ask me to submit all my lifetym transaction proof, once after submission @etihad abscond and denies to refund. Hours on call,many emails,follow ups;result is big ZERO. makes my Lyf miserable and stressed. Shows how unprofessional Etihad is! #EYworstservice
