I saw some posts about To Catch A Predators Chris Hansen joining Trumps DHS to catch illegal immigrants.
I can't confirm that's true, BUT I think it's stemming from last week's Jesse Waters episode 👇 where he caught an illegal trying to meet up with a 15 year old girl
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: “There’s something called a Suspicious Activity Report if a certain amount of money gets wired [overseas], so we’re lowering that to $3K, and we’re also targeting the two counties here [in Minnesota]. We’re going to be doing enhanced surveillance and from now on anyone who wired money out from one of these money service businesses has to check a box saying whether they’re on public assistance.”
“If you’re on public assistance we’re going to start pushing that you CAN’T wire money out of the country.”
"Our generosity has been taken advantage of.”
“If you are wiring out of the country… you're [either ]getting TOO MUCH and your benefits should be cut or you're part of this conspiracy. Where did that money come from? We’re going to find out.”
Elon Musk often says: "Patents are for the weak."
Why does he say that? In 2014, Tesla opened up all its patents. Anyone could use them. Everyone thought it was a PR stunt. It was actually a declaration of war. Elon's point was that patents mostly serve to slow down progress, protect the positions of giant corporations, and make lawyers rich. Not to innovate.
His logic is simple: if your competitive advantage lives inside a legal document, you're already dead. The only real moat is your speed of innovation. If you move faster than everyone else, you don't need patents. If you need patents to survive, it means you've stopped moving fast enough.
The strong build. The weak file.
And AI is about to make that sentence true for the entire economy.
Take biotech. For 50 years, starting a biotech company meant a PhD, ten years in a lab, access to closely guarded knowledge, millions before your first proof of concept, and a network in the right academic and regulatory circles. Knowledge was scarce, access was scarce, and that scarcity was worth billions.
That scarcity is dying.
I genuinely believe we're entering a world where anyone will be able to start a biotech company. A 19-year-old with AI agents will be able to explore molecular spaces that entire labs used to spend years mapping. Trade secrets, credential rents, access rents, positional rents: all of it is about to blow up.
And look at what's already happening. Some of the first calls to "urgently regulate AI agents" are coming from established biotech players. Coincidence? When your business model depends on scarce knowledge and knowledge becomes free, you're left with only two weapons: the patent and the regulator.
The two weapons of the weak.
Here's what's coming. A wave of panic. Dozens of labs and incumbents retreating behind their patents, filing lawsuits, and above all pouring money into regulatory capture. They won't try to build better. They'll try to make it illegal for anyone else to build.
Because the truth is, a lot of people in business were never strong. They were protected. They never won on product, on innovation, on speed of execution. They won because the market was locked. Because attacking their industry required hundreds of millions of dollars, years of approvals, and armies of lawyers. The wall was never their talent. The wall was regulation.
And when the wall comes down, we find out who actually knew how to build.
This isn't just biotech. Banking. Insurance. Law. Healthcare. Energy. Hardware. Education. Defense. Almost every industry where incumbents were sleeping behind barriers to entry is about to get hit by thousands of founders able to attack their business from every angle at once. With teams of 5 people and an army of agents.
Everyone gets to play now.
My conviction, and I'll say it plainly: a huge chunk of the S&P 500 could be completely flushed in the next 5 years. Not because those companies will make mistakes. Because their competitive advantage was never real. It was built on how hard it was to get in, and that difficulty is disappearing.
The weak will cry danger. They'll talk about safety, risk, disaster. Sometimes they'll be right on a specific point. But most of the time, what they're protecting isn't the public. It's their rent.
What's coming isn't a collapse. It's a renaissance. The biggest explosion of value creation in history, driven by people who were always told they weren't allowed to play.
Patents are for the weak.
And the weak are about to have a very bad decade.
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov.
The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison.
I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return.
I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something.
Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act.
Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged.
Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working.
A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats.
This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried.
There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go.
Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him.
I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them.
This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one.
Three things would change the math overnight.
Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined.
End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them.
Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine.
I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.
Respectfully,
Everett A. Stern

🚨 UPDATE 🚨
DOJ @CivilRights Division agreed to a 90-day litigation pause with Ann Arbor Public Schools to secure voluntary compliance. The district will amend its policies to ensure parents have full rights under FERPA and PPRA.
Parental rights are not optional.
BREAKING: New evidence reveals Biden DOJ spied on a whopping 639,000 Republican donors, voters +MAGA supporters, vacuuming up their personal data--inclg DOBs, emails +credit card info--under the guise of investigating Trump. The sweeping partisan op was led by Special Counsel Jack Smith, whose wife is a Dem donor/activist and who now attends anti-Trump protests wearing "NO KINGS" apparel
Select Committee Chairman @RepMoolenaar sent a letter to @SecWar Pete Hegseth urging the @DeptofWar to expand its Section 1286 List to include 14 Chinese Academy of Sciences institutes, 62 Chinese laboratories, 58 universities, 22 foreign malign talent programs, and the China Scholarship Council and its affiliated scholars—all identified as CCP-linked defense or research partners.

🚨 BREAKING: The Trump DOJ just sent California a 48-HOUR ULTIMATUM over suspected noncitizens getting mail-in ballots — Reuters
ANY official who knowingly facilitates noncitizen voting can be prosecuted! 🔥
Trump gave Los Angeles County a password-protected thumb drive listing people they believe are likely NONCITIZENS who were sent ballots.
DOJ DEMANDS:
- Stop sending ballots to ANYONE on the list until citizenship is confirmed
- Set aside their ballots when they come in
- Hold off counting any already returned
Acting Deputy AG R. Trent McCotter: “Allowing noncitizens to vote cancels citizen votes." 🎯
If California refuses, DOJ will go to court for an emergency order!
DO NOT LET THEM CHEAT!
A federal investigation reviewed 100,000 complaints and 50,000 bank records, uncovering political and religious discrimination at nine major banks, according to the New York Post.
JPMorgan reportedly flagged terms including “MAGA,” “America First,” and “Trump Won” while other banks denied services to pro-life groups, Christian organizations, and gun businesses.
Now the CFPB is launching an investigation.
😂 WAIT—DID WE JUST GO FROM “DEPLORABLES” TO “HORRIBLES”?
In this clip, Fulton County’s attorney wants to address the “parade of horribles.”
Is that like deplorables, but with a marching band? 🥁🤣
For clarity, “parade of horribles” is a legal expression for a series of feared consequences—not him directly calling Republican nominees “horribles.” But after the earlier “election deniers,” scorpions, and animals-in-a-cage discussion, this hearing certainly has a colorful vocabulary.
His argument here: There’s no reason to think the heavens will fall if commissioners have “unlimited discretion” over appointments because… “They’re public servants.”
Well, that settles it!
Somebody put “Trust us—we’re public servants” on official stationery. 🙃
A justice promptly questions that premise, saying it seems unlikely the General Assembly would allow unlimited discretion in this area and suggesting lawmakers could revisit the issue.
That’s the serious question beneath the comedy: What limits protect party representation if commissioners can keep rejecting the party’s nominees?
The heavens don’t have to fall for a legal safeguard to matter.
Watch the clip. The “horribles” have entered the parade, and “unlimited discretion” is apparently driving the float. 🎪
Today’s action exposes Cartel del Noreste’s exploitation of the horse racing sector to launder illicit proceeds and finance cartel operations. This action marks Treasury’s most significant effort to date to disrupt Cartel del Noreste’s financial infrastructure. Treasury, in close coordination with our law enforcement partners, remains committed to protecting the U.S. financial system from misuse by violent cartels.
EXCLUSIVE! Debanking report is out. Read how JP Morgan, Wells Fargo and other major banks closed bank accounts and refused credit to MAGA, pro-life groups, conservatives, gun businesses, and other "disfavored" groups based on their political, religious, and social beliefs. Accountability next.

🚨FULTON’S ELECTION BOARD BATTLE REACHES GEORGIA’S HIGHEST COURT TODAY
Who has the final say over the Republican nominees to Fulton County’s election board—the Republican Party that selects them, or the commissioners who vote on their appointments?
Today, October 14, 2026
Georgia Supreme Court will hear arguments in Fulton County:
Republican Party v. Fulton County Board of Commissioners, involving Julie Adams and Jason Frazier.
A trial judge ordered the commissioners to appoint them. Which is already the law, by the way. The Court of Appeals reversed that decision. Now, the Supreme Court will examine the constitutional limits of the appointment process, including whether elected officials can be required to seat nominees chosen by a political party.
To me, the concern is clear: a process intended to provide representation from both parties in The Court must resolve how that concern fits with Georgia’s Constitution.
This case deserves public attention. It concerns who gets a seat at the table overseeing elections—does the law mean what it says—and who holds the power to keep them out.

🚨🚨🚨 RED ALERT
Breaking News.
Shelby Robinson (Busch) @WethePeopleAZA1 on Why We Vote with & has just broken some news.
I clipped out the bombshell parts. I recommend you listen to the entire interview. Link in next post.
1. Ramirez left the building with the flash drives & the keys to the port blockers.
2. Ramirez was on the same adjudication server all day inserting flash drives - not to update one computer - everything is connected
3. Multiple people were inserting flash drives in that computer all day - alone in the room!
4. The keys to everything in the tabulation building are to be locked & a log maintained. That drawer was not locked and MULTIPLE people were seen access the keys throughout the day.
5. The port blockers were not properly locked as required after L&A
6. Any changes made to the system must go through the SOS who must sign off that the change was necessary, exactly what was done, & that it was certified. In 2022 when changes were identified, this paperwork was not provided.
7. @azjustinheap & staff have NO access to this room.
8. The “live feeds” the BOS provides times out every 26 seconds - you can only view 4 at a time & they time out - so much for transparency.
In Lakes trial the BOS learned that WTP were recording those feeds. If you recall, I pointed out before that when Richer was still around they moved cameras so you cannot see what anyone was doing on the computer (adjudication & signature verification)
Not in this clip: the county attorney contacted Shelby & wanted to know her source. Obviously, she did not give it to them.
This problem is WAY worse than initially reported (one guy one time). No, it’s Ramirez all day & multiple other people, with chain of custody broken & security logs not maintained.
This is completely unacceptable. “Security & protections” have been completely obliterated.
An L&A,which experts have said can be manipulated, will not suffice. A forensic expert needs to step in & completely determine what took place.
The FBI, DOJ & DHS has been notified. @PeteHegseth@AGToddBlanche@AAGDhillon where are you?
This is a pattern of behavior with the BOS. As Shelby points out, Pinal county had last minute changes on ES&S. Georgia & other states had the same issues.
We CANNOT let this stand!

Notice how the #1 defender of election fraud in Arizona never bothers to explain how a MaRICOpa County employee bringing a USB drive in his pocket into the adjudication room for elections (which has signs posted stating no electronic devices allowed), then inserts it into a computer, was authorized to do this. If it was authorized, where is the explanation of how it is authorized? He's BFFs with the MaRICOpa County Supervisors, so easily could provide an explanation, but nothing.
🚨 BREAKING: In a massive move, Treasury Sec. Scott Bessent just slapped $1.21 BILLION in penalties on BANK OF AMERICA, which facilitated suspicious transactions involving CHINA and other nations
The bank racked up 475 apparent sanctions violations involving Iran, Russia, narcotics, and terrorism!
BESSENT FAFO 🔥
Bank of America reportedly ADMITTED it willfully broke federal anti-money laundering law.
Treasury says the bank failed to report more than $5 BILLION in suspicious transactions.
More than $1 billion of that was tied to national security risks, including Chinese money-laundering networks and cartel-linked activity along the southwest border
Treasury says the bank put its revenue ahead of compliance and ignored red flags tied to possible narcotics money
BESSENT: "Today's actions send a clear message that even the biggest financial institutions are not above the law."
They are not being let off the hook!
BESSENT JUST LAID THE HAMMER
@A_D_STEPHENS@RealHickory@Beardvet@RDog861@Ilhan@SMMJason Depends if they tie the conspiracy to treason by importing foreign military age males to take over a city and state by illegally arming Somali immigrants working as a militia/organized mob/fraud ring, then the door to more sever punishment opens up.
