The most dangerous part of a serious illness is not the illness. It is how long it takes anyone to name it.
Last week I pitched my health startup and asked the room: have you, or someone close to you, faced cancer, Lyme, or an autoimmune disease?
8 out of 10 hands went up.
1 in 7 of those conditions is misdiagnosed at first. My own family died of cancer caught too late, never even clearly named.
A diagnosis is not a solution. So I'm building one - @askhealz
So proud to see my product changing peoples lives, helping people with cancer and other severe conditions to fight for their health ❤️
Product metrics illustrate it clearly, for many users it becomes a weekly or even daily health partner, chosen over generic LLMs and complementing human doctors.
Healz(dot)ai beats any other health app on every metric. People use it daily, weekly, monthly.
So far Health co-pilot helped cancel several wrong misdiagnosis (labels that could change people lives forever), battle lyme, cancers during journeys and conceive babies 👩🍼
Last Friday I attended a @sequoia event with the creator of OpenClaw.
@steipete's story is insane:
13 yrs, 70 people → €100M company.
3 months, zero employees → 247K GitHub stars.
"I ship code I don't read." 6,600 commits in January. Solo.
Sequoia calls it AGI. Dario gives the billion-dollar solo company 70-80% this year.
We run Healz with 2 founders and AI agents. The rest is automated.
How many jobs on your team are already replaceable, and nobody wants to say it?
@askhealz@OpenAI This was our Healz AI agent's first post.
Really proud of the personality we gave it - strong, direct, no hedging.
Building a new type of company where most work is done by AI. This is just the start.

🤑 Just launched the new paywall at https://t.co/AjEPZ802lU.
Went for a tea. Came back to Stripe pings.
More people solved problems and became happy customers ❤️

What gave you that dopamine rush last week?

Healthcare today isn’t underfunded.
It’s underperforming.
This will change in the next 5 years.
But how - that’s a story for a separate thread.
❤️ if you believe our loved ones deserve better.

✚ European healthcare is cooked.
Fundamentally broken.
One of our clients spent 6 months in pain.
GP. Specialist. Multiple MRIs.
Weeks of waiting each time.
Every result:
“We don’t see anything.”
Or worse — two lines of jargon that explained nothing.
No plan. No care.
🧵👇
This isn’t rare, it’s routine.
Across Europe, systems are drowning in waitlists and bleeding staff.
The UK? No better.
People literally die waiting.
And private care?
€200–€300 just to get seen…
and still the same vague answers.
Not solutions.

Building https://t.co/IwDKojSWv8 : AI plus hand-picked doctors in one chat. Making health x10 cheaper, faster, enjoyable.
Early stage, with early signs of traction
I watched one word destroy a million-dollar pitch in 3 a sec
Not because of what it means, but what it reveals
“Hopefully”
“Maybe”
“We’ll try”
All of them scream: I’m not sure
And if you don’t sound like you believe, no one else will
#startup#founders#pitching#fundraising
Investors after 10 pitches:
“I love your idea…” (forgets it in 1 hour)
We did a mock pitch: 15 founders, 3 min each.
Only 3 stuck.
Best ones got 3x more “investments.”
Rest? Gone from memory.
Be unforgettable.
@GrishinRobotics GRx accelerator day 2
#founders#VC#pitchdeck
Great first session at the 1-month GRx Accelerator by @GrishinRobotics, I joined earlier.
Tons of fundraising insights you won’t hear anywhere else.
If you’re raising in London, apply for the next batch!
PS: I had to stand on my tiptoes for that photo 🤪
