@AmericanAir extremely disappointed in your lost or delayed baggage process. Came five days ago from Rome and keep trying to contact staff to check status . Online says no scan data available and wait time is 2+ hours . Went to airport but staff says it is somewhere at dfw

@Fidelity please get your act together. I tried to contact you via phone and hung up after listening to music after 30 minutes. This happened three times on different days and at different times. customer support - 0/5 :-(
@GexaVoice For a 3000 sq feet residential house. Outrageous charges. Living in the same house with almost same usage. never paid more than $330 in the peak summer month

charged me $563. Never in 15 years living in the same house, I was charged this amount. They charged 20 cents instead of pubished price. Tried to call customer service but everytime there is more than 20 mins wait. call back option never works. No way to contact them
