Is the end of the “West” nigh? Is the brainchild of Yalta, the West-dominated global order, almost over? Are we living in a transitional phase that the next gen of IR scholars will term the era of global shifts?Read my take for @Vrfbharat as the Trumpian order makes waves!

The World Order as we know is set to transform - where new powers will emerge and new relationships will develop, setting the stage for the next century. Read the full analysis by VRF Fellow Abhishek Yadav here: https://t.co/5QPNyjYA6A
The best well-wishers of a stable, peaceful, and prosperous India have been reasoning, recommending, and requesting for some reforms. Yet, sadly, their requests are never acknowledged.
When this NEET issue happened, supporters of the govt suggested certain actions and clear communication. They were ignored.
Now, the govt submits to anarchists. Messaging directly from the top so many times, meeting them and listening to them, and fulfilling all their demands.
If the govt is forced to listen to the senseless who take to the street and not sensible supporters at the earnest, things will only get worse.
Having tasted success, there may be more protests, more unreasonable demands, and more anarchy to extract and weaken the govt as well as India.
Even after all this, though I am always optimistic, I do not keep high hopes on GoI tackling social media psyops, programming, and infowar the right way.
In fact, it is now seen they are only going after the patriots who point out issues and problems questioning the apathy and inaction.
If this continues, I have already posted what the end result will be. He was already walking like a winner today for what CJP did. That's what India will get.
Nothing is more important than the welfare and future of our youth!
We have decided to set up fast-track courts to ensure swift and stringent punishment for those involved in paper leaks. Have directed the concerned authorities and officials to take all necessary steps in this regard. This continues our series of steps for safeguarding the interests of students.
Those who try to harm the future of our youth will not be spared.
The desire of being people’s “messiah” using selective past isn’t new. The subcontinent has seen this since centuries! Looking at @aravind track record of political predictions this one looks highly probable truly. Btw the quack met PM Modi with recently. Just saying.

@BDUTT@diljitdosanjh Diljit Dosanjh will enter politics one day in the coming years. These bans and his rants against it will help build the base. These bans are of no use. Nothing but knee-jerk reaction.

Nation is indebted to you sir 🙏.
I get how Sikhism functions. But the look of an elected CM being summoned by a religious body to explain his behaviour in a democracy is just not cool. I am not an AAP voter. Heck I dislike that party and Bhagwant Mann. But in modern India we should find this kind of stuff to be unwarranted. A chief minister is only answerable to the constitution and his electorate. Not to some random religious body. And I would have the same problem if the CM was a Hindu or a Muslim or a Christian.

Crazy.. how visiting villages used to be a big thing for the elites back thn! Headlines used to label him as yuvraj, newspapers and prime debates were already aligned to make him the prime minister of the country. And thn 2014 happened, as they say rest is history..

Dear @ShashiTharoor , I enjoyed your spirited defence of Rahul Gandhi. Alas, it does not address the central thesis of my column and interview—his dismal leadership record. The facts speak for themselves. The Congress suffered heavy defeats in three successive General Elections fought under his leadership. Meanwhile, the number of Congress MLAs has come down by almost 50% under his watch.
In 2013, the Congress was in power in 14 states. That was the party Rahul Gandhi inherited. Now the Congress is in power in just 5 states. As the countrywide footprint of the party shrinks, surely its principal leader should be held accountable? Or is that a question too uncomfortable for the Congress to face?
"India has replaced China as the largest manufacturer of smartphones for the US in just four years. The latest iPhone in your pocket was made in India. They are doing the kind of high-precision manufacturing that people said only China could do," says Fareed Zakaria

Spoke with President of the UAE, my brother Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Strongly condemned the attacks on the UAE and condoled the loss of lives in these attacks. India stands in solidarity with the UAE in these difficult times.
Thanked him for taking care of the Indian community living in the UAE. We support de-escalation, regional peace, security and stability.
