The #MDDS train made a stop in the Birim North District to conclude the report dissemination. Despite Birim North ranking highest on the scorecard with 42.4%, attendees at the meeting expressed dissatisfaction with their low performance on the community informant survey aspect.
In the final stages, Emmanuel Yeboah (@immanuel_yeboa) outlined the next steps, which include the formation of #accountability groups among the district members. He then handed over the main reports and policy briefs to all participants present.

The dissemination of the #MDDS report took place in Prestea Huni-Valley yesterday. Key stakeholders in attendance included the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), the Presiding Member, the Municipal Finance Officer, the Municipal Planning Officer, Assembly members, representatives from the Local Management Committee (LMC), persons with disabilities (PWDs), youth groups, women's groups, and community members.
A significant concern raised was the inadequate allocation of funds to the local management committees (LMCs), which hampers their ability to effectively engage with the community.
Today, the MDDS train continues its journey, making a stop in the Upper Denkyira West district.
