最近の Freakonomics にでてた impossible burger （肉を使ってないハンバーガー）を食べてみた。若干塩分が強いことを除けば、「これ肉です」と言われたら気が付かないレベル。普通のハンバーガーより 2~3 ドル高いのがあれだけど、量産化できればいけるのではないか。

これなぁ。たぶん「みんなが一斉に労働時間を減らせばみんなハッピーだけど、自社だけが減らすと利益が減る」っていう囚人のジレンマ状態だと思うので、残業代を懲罰的に高くするなどして政府が強制的に改善しないといかんとおもうよ。
