Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that makes sense for 2022. It's not about pandering, it's about empowering.

@KWindham85 Kevin, I hear you! But what I want to get across is that DEI isn't for black people, it's for everyone. It's for white people too. It's also for disabled people. It's also for people who come from poor socio-economic backgrounds. It's also for gay people. It's also for veterans.
@MarcACaputo@AmandiOnAir A semantics debate over the naming of categories seems like a banal way to approach inclusion. This post exemplifies why everyone needs DEI training, on both sides of the fence.
@HRTechConf Changing the game means having DEI as part of a company initiative, not just entry level or senior. It means including everyone, which means a personalized DEI journey. ✌️
@oldguy_steve Because Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is for everyone. It's a journey of self discovery. PM me back and i'll send you an article if you're curious.
@YuvalGal8 We believe that diversity comes in all shapes and forms, not just from two group-identities like sex and race. What about ability? education? socio-economic status? veteran status? religion?
