"Therapy isn’t only for people diagnosed with mental illnesses." Here are 6 common misconceptions about how therapy works—and why they do so much damage. https://t.co/mYCfySRhqf
We have a collective of people who can’t stop scrolling, struggle to get in the shower, and procrastinate every day. Our nervous systems are so overstimulated, we’re stuck in fictional freeze. More dancing, singing, hugging, being in nature, and creating.
Humans are meant to feel joy and we're meant to struggle. Joy helps us build connection, the struggle helps us deeper our wisdom. We would all be happier if we made peace with the reality that life isn't easy.
But it is a gift.
Most of us are deeply angry at ourselves. We’re bitter at who we’ve become. So we project that anger onto everyone around us. What a different world we’d live in if we forgave ourselves.
thinking ‘let me rephrase my words so they’re gentle’ doesn’t work with people who can’t resolve conflict in a healthy way. it’s not how you communicate your feelings that they have an issue with. they have a problem with being held accountable and that has nothing to do with you
How I Healed Myself of Menstrual Imbalances and Ovarian Cancer
"80% of Women will struggle with fibroids by the age of 50."
"1 and 8 women will develop breast cancer)
"1 and 4 women struggle with getting pregnant and maintaining the pregnancy" (Mayo Clinic).
These are bold facts of western medicine that proclaims no cure, but instead convinces us that this is just the way life has to be for women.
Yet, I strongly disagree.
As someone that struggled with painful fibroids and a golf ball sized cancerous tumor on my left ovary and healed myself completely through building a relationship with my body, an herbal regime, diet and trauma healing.
And now my mission in life after healing my womb is to bring the awareness of Eastern medicine practices to the Western side of the world.
So if you are woman that is struggling with fibroids, cysts, ovarian cancer, painful periods, clotting, emotional imbalance, hair loss, infertility, prolonged menses, irregular menses.
I'd advise you to keep reading.
Your body is communicating with you through these physical ailments.
(My tumor was a giant calcified energy ball of sexual trauma and self abuse).
At this point, it's screaming at you.
Initially, disease arises in the metaphysical realm where your intuition speaks to you in the subtleties.
And if you fail to listen to your intuition, the disease will manifest into the emotional body.
Signaling you through stress, rage, depression and frustration.
And if the emotional flags are ignored, disease begins to arise in the physical where it manifests as pain and noticeable signs that there is an imbalance arising.
Stage 4 is when it begins manifesting as cancer and more detrimental diseases.. Screams of your intuition are getting louder. (Still curable)
Stage 5 is when you have been neglecting yourself so much that it eventually results in your death if you do not wake up to messages of your body. (you can still recover from this point)
Most women are in stage three/four unfortunately, which is why I want to give you these tools:
Step 1: Slow Down and Listen To Your body
You probably already know the changes you need to make to heal yourself, but maybe the pressures from the outside world are making you feel like you are unable to.
Ask your body: "What is the message behind (insert physical symptom)? and what changes do I need to make"
Allowing your own intuition to guide will always be the medicine I reflect back to you.
Step 2: Make a Switch to Your Daily Products
I healed a women's infertility and frequent miscarriage by pointing out the chemical "Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate" which is in all of Victoria Secrets products that is hazardous endocrine disruptor which blocks the effects of female hormones, damages the skin and throws of thyroid activity.
Eliminating the chemicals alone from the products you are using will be life changing for you in many ways.
Download the app "Yukka" and scan everything. Deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, make up, perfume, lotion. etc
Step 3: Honor Your Menstrual Cycle
Ladies, our bodies go through many hormonal and physical changes every. single. month.
Slow down. Honor the first day of your bleed by meditating, drinking tea, journaling the insights coming forward.
& keep an eye out for when I launch my womb workshop that will assist you with better understanding the phases of your menstrual cycle and what is going on hormonally.
Step 4: Eliminate Processed Foods, Gluten & Eat Whole Foods
This step is an entire post on it's own... Breaking down the fucking attack on our health through the poison that is in our food.
Research the effects of food coloring on the body. Research Hormones injected into the meats we are eating. Research the impact of processed foods and gluten.
Step 5: Reclaim the Authority Over Your Health
You have all the tools that you need to heal yourself from whatever physical or emotional experience you are navigating my love.
Claim your righteous power your ability to heal yourself.
Measure success, not just in pounds or kilos, but in how you feel! 🌟
Your journey is more than a number on the scale; it's about the confidence gained, the energy reclaimed, and the positive vibes radiating from within. 💖
