@the_transit_guy Given the variation in state populations, percentages would be a more useful metric here. I suspect it might give a more nuanced picture of what’s going on.
@JosephRuggiero4@nytimes Your Christ-like compassion is impressive. Meanwhile people’s homes are burning and they are running for their lives. PS I live here and you can go to hell.
@schuyler_t @ButHowDoUKnowit @mattyglesias If more people understood how easy (and affordable) it is to incorporate in the USA it would probably unlock a lot of human potential. The myth that incorporation is a tool only of the lawyered rich prevents a lot of people from taking the entrepreneurial leap IMO.
@ghunkinking@drvolts You are arguing for more expensive solar which means less solar. Period. Solar projects are getting cancelled all over our country right now. Jobs are being lost. Oil and gas? You’re comparing apples to oranges. Those are fuels not generators.
@Tryng2lookahead @lenkiefer Does this imply an old fashioned price decrease or a “bubble popping?” I just don’t see the catalyst for a “pop” like we saw in 08/09 (ARMs, low credit score borrowers, lacking loan qualifications, etc).
