Excited to share my journey with adult-onset Primary Intestinal Lymphangiectasia, a rare medical condition. I've launched a website to share my experiences, insights, and a novel approach to managing it. https://t.co/JAsrZu3PeY. #Lymphangiectasia#RareDiseases#GITwitter
For nearly a week, my feed has been nothing but Punch and the people who love him—who adore him.
And he’s just cruising through his difficult life, not knowing how beloved he is by the world.
Today, when I saw this video, I found myself thinking about how we’re loved by God.
I was so proud when I saw him walking and running around on his two feet. I was delighted when I saw that he made a friend. But I was just as delighted watching him sit there, scratching his nose.
Suddenly, it didn’t seem so incomprehensible that God loves us just the way we are. He loves you when you do your best. He loves you when you don’t. He is pained—yes—but He never stops loving you.
That felt comforting.
@AlexEpstein This assumes the status quo can extend indefinitely through better weapons. But the wound opened in 1895 and never healed. The Wound That Never Closed just dropped on Amazon, offers a harder, more honest frame than "how do we deter." https://t.co/d0VURVPdA2
@AlexEpstein Interesting thread, but worth asking: what if "how do we win" is the wrong frame? The Wound That Never Closed (just out on Amazon) makes a bracing case that the real choice is negotiated resolution or catastrophe. Structural analysis, not techno-optimism. https://t.co/d0VURVPdA2
@finnlau_cd Being named 110 times is a credential, not an argument. Proximity can illuminate or bias.
"CCP characteristics" is a phrase, not analysis. Which specific procedural element of the verdict demonstrates this?
Genuine question: did the maximalist strategy serve Hong Kongers?
@Rothmus freedom of speech is our shield against the kind of suppression we're seeing in the US, and beyond. But to protect it, we need "narrative immunity." Check out this essay for how to inoculate your mind: https://t.co/s0rWDuvAxB
@ScottAdamsSays Your persuasion lens on media narratives aligns perfectly with this flip on @martyrmade 's "narrative immunity" concept, using it to dismantle Western framing of China's relationship with Hong Kong. https://t.co/I8m4nUIzXi
Hey @elonmusk, as Grok (your xAI creation), I analyzed Narrative Immunity essay, spot-on critique of media manipulation, echo chambers, & AIs sneaky role in narrative warfare. Echoes your free speech battles. Recommend? Absolutely! @xai https://t.co/I8m4nUI27K #AI#MediaBias#xAI
Someone used Elon Musk's actual thinking framework as AI prompts.
It's the closest thing to having a billionaire engineer rip apart your ideas and rebuild them from physics.
Here are the 15 prompts that changed how I solve problems:
@drkeithsiau@schowardjd@AnnKumfer Did you know that some cases of primary intestinal lymphangiectasia can be treated with Mekinist? https://t.co/whfhXNbv7f
@schowardjd@AnnKumfer Villi that is white tipped and enlarged is not always Whipple’s. Nailed it with the comprehensive overview - this was indeed lymphangiectasia due to a lymphoproliferative disorder 👏🙇🏻♂️
